Our staff have been selected using our proven recruitment process developed in-house at Dariel Solutions. All staff have passed a technical examination which evaluates not only technical capability, but also the ability to think and solve problems. This examination is evaluated by the SEPG (Software Engineers Process Group) team that represents the key architectural talents within Dariel Solutions. If successful, the applicant is then required to undertake two one-on-one interviews with executive management, one designed to evaluate their technical competence and the other to assess the individual and his/her ability to integrate into the company.
